We send our product using Japan Post ePackets. It will take approximately 7-14 days to receive an order after it has been processed and dispatched from our facilities. All orders have tracking available from Japan Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery information.
If you have made a mistake within the order processing period, and the order has not yet been shipped, there may be a possibility to amend the information. Please contact us immediately, and we will do what we can to facilitate any changes.
We take great pride in monitoring every individual product for quality, and guarantee there are no product defects. If there are any manufacturing defects, we will happily accept refunds.
Should you make an error when ordering online, We will gladly refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. If this occurs, you will be responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges, and any damage to the product itself.
